Matthias Baumann

Having completed his Masters studies in Switzerland (University of St. Gallen) and Singapore; and recognized with a doctorate in business - Dr. Bauman put his education and experience to work as an industry consultant - gaining valuable insight and awareness of this market.
Following that, and answering the call to meet the opportunities of a growing business at home, Dr. Bauman returned and accepted the role of CEO of the Dr. Baumann corporate group.
In this capacity of Owner/Ceo of Burkhardt/Löffler, Dr. Bauman charts the course for a family business that specializes in metal construction, steel construction, and mechanical engineering at 10 locations throughout Germany.
This diversity of resources, coupled with a dedicated team and ample facilities empowers Burkhardt/Löffler to deliver custom development and automation production that empowers their customers to succeed!
With an ultimate goal of developing automated solutions that drive success for their worldwide customers - Burkhardt/Löffler recognizes the necessity of design and engineering forethought as well as staying power.
To support these efforts Dr. Baumann commits the full faith and power of their global financial strength - to fund their long-range mission, and to secure large investment projects.

A mechanical engineer for more than 30 years - Dieter Loffler has channeled his passion and experience into an intense focus on automating the processing of natural stone and similar materials – with an eye for the entire process chain.
While there are similarities in the production processes, Dieter recognizes that each project represents its own unique challenges. This is motivation for an engineer who is driven to create solutions - especially tailoring those solutions to diverse opportunities.
Dieter continues to work closely with Fabricator's Choice to design and deliver the best solutions - customizing and fashioning each solution to meet the specific opportunities of each customer and assuring their profitability and success.
For Dieter, there is no off-the-shelf approach in the pursuit of integrated digital automation.

Blake Christensen

In 2002, Blake and his father founded Valley View Granite in Tremonton, UT.
Valley View Granite’s team has over 80 years of combined experience in the construction industry with over 35 years combined experience in the granite countertop industry.
Blake has spoken at a number of conferences and events including The International Surfaces Expo (TISE), Coverings and the Xiamen Stone Show and Stone Industry Education Series. He is currently serving as a Natural Stone Institute Board Member.

Reese Watt

Reese Watt is the founder and principal architect behind ActionFlow, a comprehensive ERP and quoting platform tailored specifically for the stone industry. With a background in actuarial science and software development, Reese began building ActionFlow in close collaboration with fabricators who needed a better way to manage jobs, quoting, inventory, and production without relying on whiteboards and spreadsheets. His unique combination of analytical precision and deep empathy for fabricators’ day-to-day challenges has shaped ActionFlow into a flexible, powerful tool trusted by shops across North America. Reese continues to lead product development with a focus on solving real-world problems and evolving ActionFlow alongside its users.

Kyle combines industry insight with a down-to-earth approach that makes exploring ActionFlow simple and practical—whether you're scaling up or just getting started.

Rick Phelps is co-owner of Synchronous Solutions and a business strategist with deep experience helping stone fabricators eliminate chaos and grow with confidence. He specializes in implementing Synchronous Flow—a proven system based on the Theory of Constraints—to improve lead times, shop flow, and team accountability. Rick is known for his direct, results-driven style and his ability to help owners focus on the right priorities and build more scalable, profitable businesses.

Mark Phelps

Mark Phelps is co-owner of Synchronous Solutions and a leadership coach who helps stone shop owners build teams, systems, and structures that support sustainable growth. With a background in coaching and operations, Mark works hands-on with owners and managers to implement Synchronous Flow—a planning and execution system designed to reduce chaos and improve throughput. His mission is to help shop owners scale their businesses while gaining the freedom to step back from day-to-day operations.

Dylan Weschler
Stone Profits Systems
Sales Manager
Since joining Stone Profit Systems in 2014, Dylan has had the opportunity to grow alongside the company while gaining hands-on experience across multiple departments. Dylan began in the Support team, where he developed a deep understanding of Stone Profits' software and customer needs. From there, he transitioned into Implementation and Onboarding, helping clients successfully adopt the system and streamline their operations. Today, Dylan serves as the Sales Manager, leveraging over a decade of experience to lead Stone Profits' sales strategy, build lasting client relationships, and drive growth.
